Pilates isn’t the only way we can help you build strength. The same trainers you know and love from our Pilates and HIIP classes are also certified Personal Trainers available for full Strength training sessions or a combination of both pilates and weights.

Book a session in our fully equipped gym featuring high-grade machines from Bolt Fitness Equipment alongside free weights in a clean, respectful environment.


Clients and non-clients are welcome to purchase gym passes to use the gym area. You may also book a session with your preferred trainer by checking the availability below.
