What is H.I.I.P Pilates

High-Intensity Interval Pilates (also called HIIT Pilates) is a combination of pilates and strength training designed to help any-BODY burn calories and tone muscle FAST. 

Pilates:

What is a Class Like?

At Cutting Edge-Core, a HIIP session is:

  • 30 minutes of pilates

  • 20 minutes of strength training

  • Finishing with 10 minutes of core & stretching
