  • Cutting edge core specializes in STOTT Pilates, a method of pilates specializing in exercise science. STOTT Pilates focuses on using core stability to generate superior neuromuscular performance by using spring based tension. The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. This unique approach helps activate the deeper stabilizer muscles of the body, bringing balance and strength to your overall fitness routine.
